Summary

Amends the

Trade Practices Act 1974
to allow the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission to bring representative actions in relation to contraventions of provisions relating to secondary boycotts and contracts, arrangements or understandings affecting the supply or acquisition of goods or services. Also contains an application provision.
